Terms of Use

Effective October 14, 2026

Agreement

These terms govern your use of DayRate, operated by Gamoek, based in New York, United States ("we"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use DayRate.

What DayRate is

DayRate helps drivers record their work, fuel and expenses and calculates earnings, real profit, mileage and tax estimates from the records they enter. It is not affiliated with Uber, Lyft, Amazon, DoorDash or any other platform.

Not tax or financial advice

Results, including mileage deductions, the comparison of deduction methods and quarterly set-aside estimates, are estimates to help you plan. They depend on the data you enter and on general federal rules. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Confirm your filing with a qualified tax professional.

Drive safely

Do not use DayRate while the vehicle is moving. Enter records when you are safely stopped. You are responsible for obeying traffic laws.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your data

Your records belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide DayRate. You can export or delete them anytime, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
